The County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Trade Hon. Stephen Kuria Muiruri today made a site visit at Molo market in Molo Sub-county to inspect areas that will be of focus during the renovation of the market.

Accompanied by the site engineer Mr Rop Laban and the area MCA Hon. Joseph Ngware, the CECM said he and the MCA will work closely with the traders in the market to address their challenges.

He also called on the traders to ensure they apply the enterprise fund allocated by H.E. Governor Susan Kihika once it is launched to boost their business.

The facelift of the market will see it benefit from electrification, improvement of the drainage system, construction of a standard garbage bin, connection of clean water and standard fencing, gate and beefing up of the security within and outside the market premise.

The area MCA together with the traders thanked Governor Susan Kihika for taking steps to fulfil the promises she made during her campaign.
